  • As a trained psychotherapist, I understand the science of behavior change. This means I can help you achieve your health goals, AND address any motivational challenges you might experience from time to time.

  • Nope. Most programs give you generic guidelines on what to do: eat this, do these exercises, take these supplements. I focus both on personalizing a plan to you while also addressing how to actually make changes stick.

    Think of me as your health strategist. I won't replace your physician, and I can’t prescribe you any medication. Rather, my goal is to help you not only avoid illness, but promote wellness.

    With me, you will have the time that you need to build sustainable systems around sleep, stress regulation, nutrition and exercise that work with your actual life.

    Weeks 5-8: We layer in movement and nutrition adjustments based on what's working. This is when people typically start feeling noticeably different - more energy, better sleep, clearer thinking.

    Weeks 9-13: We fine-tune your personal protocol and build systems to maintain changes long-term. By the end, you'll have a clear roadmap that works with your schedule, preferences, and goals.

    Throughout, you have daily messaging access for questions and course corrections. Real change happens between sessions, not just during them.
